Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email, name, avatar, and a password hash (or Google sign-in ID).
• Profile data: language, country, agency, and the brand/voice details you provide.
• Content: property details, photos and listing links you upload, and the captions, images and videos you generate.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.
• Payment data: handled by our processors (Stripe, NowPayments). We never store full card numbers.

2. How we use it

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
• To process payments, credits and subscriptions.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, security and account alerts).
• To send product updates only if you opt in — you can unsubscribe anytime.
• To meet legal and tax obligations in Malaysia and other applicable jurisdictions.

3. AI processing

Your prompts and uploaded material are sent to AI providers (e.g. Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, fal.ai) only to generate your content. We do not sell your data and we do not train our own models on your content.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service — cloud hosting, payment processors, AI providers and email delivery. We may disclose data when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep account and content data while your account is active, and for a reasonable period after deletion to meet legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. To request deletion, email property@simplifiai.xyz.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than Malaysia, including the United States, under appropriate safeguards.
