Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with SimplifiAI. This explains when refunds apply.

1. Subscriptions

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate partial months, but if you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

2. Top-up credits

Unused top-up credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Credits already spent on generation are non-refundable, since the AI provider cost is incurred at generation time.

3. Failed generations

If a generation fails due to our error, the credits are automatically returned to your wallet. If they are not, contact us and we will restore them.

4. How to request

Email property@simplifiai.xyz with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
