1. The Service

SimplifiAI generates marketing captions, images and videos from the property details you provide. Output is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you have no right to use.
• Do not generate misleading, unlawful or infringing listings.
• Do not resell or abuse the Service or attempt to bypass credit limits.

4. Credits & plans

Paid plans grant monthly credits; top-up credits can be purchased separately. Credits are consumed when you generate content. Unused monthly credits do not roll over unless stated.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the property details and photos you upload. You grant us a licence to process them solely to provide the Service.

6. AI output

AI output can contain errors. You must verify facts, prices and claims. We are not liable for content you choose to publish.

7. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
